Nutrition in Disguise (NiD)*, in collaboration with the Canadian Malnutrition Task Force (CMTF) Long-Term Care and Food Working Group held a recipe contest for food items suitable for LTC residents.
Long Term Care homes or their employees were invited to submit recipes for nutrient, energy & protein dense foods that were inexpensive, adaptable for different textures, visually appealing, and had been tested in their settings by Nov 29, 2024. A panel of members from CMTF’s Long-Term Care and Food Working Group evaluated the recipes based on established criteria.
Congratulations to the winners of the Recipes4Residents Contest!
